Greetings!  I am a licensed agent in the State of Florida seeking to build a few solid relationships with other female investors and build a portfolio that will retire me from my 9-5 (which is acquisitions with a publicly traded real estate entity).  For the moment my focus is 2-4 unit multi family units in Sarasota/Bradenton/Nokomis/St. Pete/Clearwater.  I am looking for 1.  Someone with similar goals to legit go into biz with (create strategy and execute/share marketing expenses/accountability) 2.  Female owned contractors/GCs/Inspection companies, etc. 3.  Other experienced female investors seeking mentees with hustle and grit 4.  Like-minded female investors at any skill level seeking to grow and build their portfolios.
