Searching for Virtual Assitants

Howdy all, I've searched many of the forums and found a lot of good information on virtual assistants. However, a lot of it is from older posts. That being said, I'm looking for virtual assistants to vet lists and do some other small administrative tasks and perhaps eventually start cold calling. Does anyone have any recommendations? For cold calling I would like them to speak clear English and not obviously sound like an out of the country call center.
