First Time Property Developer *Looking for Advice*

I recently took over the loan on a property with the intention to renovate it and put it on the market as a family home. The intention is to Rent it, not sell it. I need it as an asset as I want to use it to get another property and do the same.

I'm looking for resources that can get me started. Books, Youtubers, podcasters and the like. My knowledge is limited and I'm looking to curate a reading list that pertains to my particular endeavor.
