New Investor in SE PA
Hi,
I'm a first time investor based out of Montgomery County, looking to purchase a multi-family within 20 minutes of family (Easton, Boyertown, or Lancaster). I'm able to do minor repairs but would likely need to outsource to a property management team for regular maintenance as my 9-5 has me on the road (post covid). Does anyone from these areas have recommendations on starting my search nearby, groups to join, or brokers/agents to start with ? Are meet-ups in person or only digital?
Thanks!

I believe that in Easton you would be required to have a property management company. Not 100% sure but several municipalities in Lehigh Valley require that you be within 20 miles or to have a local management company. I am happy with the team I use in that area. Finding a good investment in the current market will be a bigger challenge for you I suspect but maybe things will cool off a bit as the temperature drops.
