Book/Resource Recommendation on Rural Land Buying

Hi everyone,

I tried searching for existing forum posts without success.

I am looking for book/resource recommendations on buying rural land, 5+ acres in WA state. We want to build our home in a few years and feel like now would be an excellent time to educate ourselves on development.

Any recommendations?
