Favorite Property Management Software/App?

Posted

Hi All - just getting my first rental set up.  I'm in the Columbus, OH area.  I'm trying to determine what the best management software is.  I've been looking at ones like Avail, RentRedi, and TurboTenant.  Wanted to check and see what people thought here and if there was a favorite.  I like the ones that say they will offer tenant screening and will list the property for rent among other things like collecting rent and managing maintenance requests but if people have found these programs don't do those things very well I'd look elsewhere.

What are you all liking in terms of management programs and especially screening tenants and listing your rentals?

For a little more context, the property in question is a single family home but I do intend to keep this going and acquire many more so I'd like to get a solid base and systems set up so that I'm in a good position as I add more buildings and units.

Thanks!

Alex
