 Hello,

This is my first post.

Need advice on LLC benefits and added cost incurred to file taxes.

I am reading the Tax Strategy books by Han & Macfarland.

Have read a few real estate books but still unsure if should LLC before updating my family living trust. Have an out dated irrevocable living trust.

My background, is mfg engineering, remodeling construction (former G. Contractor B, California) at the residential level.

Have one rental in Calif & three in Alabama.

Thank You!! for any advice in advance.
