Hello, 

I’m new to buying and selling properties. I’m looking for education and a place to get all my questions answered, does anyone know of anywhere I can start?? 

I'm looking to obtain a pre-approval for a first time home buyer (an investment to flip) my credit score is good. I'm based in Texas, looking for a first time home grants or FHA loans
