Running into a issue need advice!

Currently just left my job in Michigan to move back to Ohio and now getting a loan is going to be a little harder then I thought. Any suggestions i should do for getting my next rental without getting loan ?

The best option as some have said is to partner if you don't have enough to buy in cash. @Skyler Smart
