#SLACK, Cold Calling, and Skip tracing
Anyone familiar with #SLACK channels available for both wholesalers and or cash buyers for networking purposes?
Given my extensive background in a call center for the past decade; I am extremely comfortable speaking with motivated sellers on the phone.
Is cold calling and skip tracing a viable strategy for securing wholesale deal flow when compared to other marketing tactics (i.e. bandit signs, MLS, etc.)?
