Recommendations San Diego investor-friendly insulation contractor

Hi all!

Does anyone have a recommendation for an investor-friendly insulation contactor? We're looking to either remove/replace existing attic insulation or add new insulation on top of the existing insulation. We're most likely looking to use blown-in fiberglass insulation to achieve R-30.
