Successful BRRR in Canada?

Hi everyone, I am a new investor looking to buy my first property, and would ideally like to complete a BRRR to recycle about 100k I have to invest. Is anyone here open to sharing if they've completed a successful BRRR within the past year in Canada? And if so, where, and how did it go for you.

Currently evaluating markets, and trying not to get stuck in analysis paralysis. I'm based in Vancouver, BC and numbers don't make a ton of sense here to do BRRR, so looking to branch out to other Canadian cities to do a deal this year (and if needed, US). Read David Green's book on BRRR and understand the approach, but need to decide on a region. Thanks in advance!
