Is there a minimum of home you have to sell to be a broker?
Im very new to real estate and planning on getting the real estate license. My goal is to be a broker. During the 2 years working under a broker, do you have to sell a certain number of houses in order to become a broker eventually?

Jane, I've never heard of a required amount of homes to be a broker, however, you would certainly want to see enough to pay for all expenses! Otherwise, I'd just remain an agent at your current broker and not have any of that overhead.
