What's the one thing?

So I've been studying Real Estate Investing for about a year strong now and I've learned a lot. Currently, I'm spending the bulk of my time improving my financial picture. At this point, with no intentions to suffer from analysis paralysis, I'm wondering whats some things that I can do right now in that pregame phase. I'll never stop acquiring and furthering my knowledge of course, but right now I just really want to put in some sweat equity in the game because I'm bored of sitting around on my butt. Any suggestions?

@Bethany Crawford You are absolutely correct. When I first got started, I did not know where to go so I started working for a property management company. It was there that I learned so many different aspects of the business and industry. @Melvin J. Joseph I am not sure what your full time job looks like but working for a turn-key real estate company who provides property management as well – would be a great start. Otherwise, I would say connect and shadow someone in the industry that you have followed or may know.

Best of Luck!
