Hello,

My name is Jennifer, I’m 25 years old & I live in Manassas Va. I’ve been reading books, watching videos, listening to podcast about real estate investing & I wanted to get on here to get some tips and advice on 1st time rental property investment.

My fiancé & I currently own a condo & we wanted to in the near future buy a multi family rental property after learning more of the process.

We have little to no debt but not much money saved, what are the best recommendations? What type of loans? We feel like our area isn't good for rental investment & we were looking out of state? Is this bad for a 1st time property? Would we be able to open an LLC & use a business line of credit for down payment?

We both work busy 9-5s so we would get a property manager.

I appreciate you all in advance.
