Beginner with trouble receiving a FHA loan
Hey everyone, so long story short is that I've had a lot of success day trading and I wanted to look into real estate for another source of income. I set aside 50k for my real estate fund, however, I'm having an issue in qualifying for a FHA loan since I don't have two years of employment history. I am just about to graduate college in a month, and I don't have someone in my family that can cosign or anything like that. Is there a work around for me or am I simply going to have to continue trading and wait two years to qualify for the loan?
I was looking to get a loan on the property and start renting it out immediately.
