Hello, Bigger pockets world! I am seeking the knowledge of everyday real estate investors to help give me insight into their favorite methods of finding real-estate. I am currently doing a project for my undergrad and was allowed to pick any subject so naturally, I had to pick real-estate investing. Part of this project is to reach out and get and a strong understanding of how everyday people such as myself can find great deals.
