Newbie's first application doesn't want credit hit
I am a newbie that applied with my first out of state loan in Michigan. I am waiting for a response, but it is taking long. I want to reach out to other lenders but I don't want my credit hit every time I apply with another lender. I have big school loans that are all into one payment, but if the lender is not used to seeing such thing, they might get scared. My credit is great, and I currently own my home in CA. So how can I just reach out to more lenders, without getting my credit pulled ten times? Can I just provide my credit report to them? I am applying in Michigan, so I would like to hear from people working in that area. Thanks for your time.

If you make multiple inquiries in a short period of time, the credit agencies count them as one inquiry. The period is around two weeks. This is to account for people shopping mortgages or car loans. In other words, put all your applications in at once. Here is an article that explains.
