Newbie looking for networking and deals
Hey all, I'm hoping to connect with people for networking, deal sourcing, general camaraderie, and advise. I live in Austin, TX and after successfully flipping a few properties, would like to get into the cash flow world. I've been listening to the BP podcast for about 18 months and read a couple of the books. My main focus so far has been BRRRR properties within the "Texas Triangle." The emphasis is along the I-35 corridor. New Braunfels, San Marcos, Temple, Waco, and the DFW mid cities seem particularly attractive. It's a pretty wide net to cast. I still need to get my core 4 (for each market) in place, so I figured this would be the best place to start.
I'm really looking forward to speaking with y'all and getting to know the community.
