Best place to find Individual Investors

I'm getting started in the commercial side of things, multifamily 25 - 250 units, office and retail property.  I'm looking to fund 25 - 50% of deals with private money, preferably with self-directed IRAs.  I've had my eye on this community and found it's a great place to start the networking process, so thank you in advance!
