Out of state BRRRR investing in tampa area

I am currently living in NYC interested in purchasing properties in the Tampa market using the BRRRR strategy, wondering if anyone has any insight on what the best areas are to invest.

Hello @Elvin Salcedo Im an investor/agent in the Tampa area. I personally have not had any insight on the BRRRR strategy but my mentor just told me he is finishing up the refinancing part of 2 of his BRRRRs in the are and he's super excited to do so. So its possible just the deal would have to work.
