First Time Home Buyer
I am looking to purchase my first duplex so that I can rent the other half. I have a credit score of 715 and an annual income of $30,000. I am currently a college student, so I would like to make an additional income from renting the other half. I live in Orlando, Florida.

It will be very hard to find a duplex on your income here in Orlando. You should start be finding out what kind of a loan you can get. Most decent duplexes are seeking for 290k+. Feel free to reach out if you ever want to chat.
