Property smells like cigarettes

Hello Everyone,

I made a rookie mistake and bought a property that smells like cigarette smoke. When i bought the property it was already painted and everyone involved in the deal made me believe that cigarette smoke will go away but the smells remains. I wanted to share the nervousness that i am going through and wanted to know everyone's thought on how i can rent it and whats going to be Long term impact and what do i need to keep in mind while renting.
