Looking for a REI-friendly brokerage in Pearland/Houston

Hello, I am finishing my final pre-licensing course TODAY, and I am looking for a brokerage in the Pearland/Houston, TX area that focuses on real estate investing or is REI friendly.

I am envisioning investing in multi-family, trailer parks, and some single family homes as well. I'd like to help other investors do the same as well as help home buyers to choose the right house and home sellers to get the best price for their home.To get there? Influence is key, so I want to surround myself with other agents who have similar goals and are actively investing in real estate and are just good people who are willing to answer questions.
