I'm a full time student using my military schooling benefits. The allowance I receive is my sole source of income at the moment. Considering this what would be the best approach? I have a goal of closing on my first property by the end of the year but where would I start? How would I get a loan approved considering my income? ( on average the allowance is 1k a month) I'm interested in single family homes, du, tri and quadplexes. So many questions for a beginner. A mentor would be awesome.
