New to investing in the Wisconsin area

I am new in Wisconsin getting into real estate. I am willing to help with flips and things to learn from you guys. I have a degree in welding and fabrication along with a bunch of certs. I used to work for a contractor building homes and now I currently work out of the carpenters union. feel free to connect with me.
