Greetings from the DMV area.

I'm looking to take about 10k and start investing in tax liens. Ideally I'd like to Not take ownership of any properties , and just earn the returns . I work full time in Data, and make good enough money that my debt is low and I have some bonus money .  I'm not sure if this is something I will start this year, or if I will wait and learn/research more.  I'd appreciate any insight if this is enough capital to start with tax liens and/ or what strategies would be good for this budget.  Thanks for your time and Happy new Year and good luck to everyone's ventures.
