Newbie Investing in Albany, NY

Hi everyone! I'm new to real estate investing and looking to BRRRR properties in the Capital District. I've been trying to find (unsuccessfully) a neighborhood breakdown of Albany into different property classes and was hoping someone on here could provide me with a bit more information? With a budget of $120,000, there seems to be a fair amount of options with West Hill, Arbor Hill, Krank Park and North Albany all popping up frequently in my searches. Anyone have any thoughts?
