First time investors - about to get married

Hey all - my fiancé and I are getting married in just over a year. We have a plan to pull the trigger on our first investment property within the next 120 days. We are both pre-qualified, individually, for around $250k each. Our goal is to invest into a townhome/condo for our first purchase. We also have the goal of buying our first property right before our wedding; so two purchases within a 8-10 month period.
