Is Home Possible still around?

I am looking for some info and or advice please.  I am working on my first deal and am having some trouble getting it financed.  It is an on market 3 unit that I plan on house hacking and requires a conventional loan.  I am not able to cover the typical 20% down for conventional but I'm seeing some info online about a Home Possible program in which only 5% down is needed and I meet the income guidelines for it.  My lender says I need 20% either way and my agent doesn't know any lenders doing Home Possible right now.  Does anyone know about how this program works and if it's available now?  Also any alternative financing ideas I can use?  Thank you so much for your help!  jess
