New Jersey real estate market

Corrado Zurini
Posted

Hello all! I want to invest in rental real estate. My questions is: Do you guys think New Jersey is a good market? If yes, where is that area? If not, isn't out of state investing very complicated if you are a freak control? I know the place is very important and I want a second opinion. Thanks in advance!

@Corrado Zurini - I love New Jersey - mostly because I live here. I recommend buying within 30 minutes of your house or even buying a primary residence you can rent apartments, in law suites or bedrooms in. It’s too easy to get screwed especially if you’re new buying out of state or away from where you can control. Everything is also more expensive - paying someone $100 to clear a sink clog vs doing it yourself for free in 5 mins.
