Got Laughed at

I just got off the phone with a real estate company in the area where I am buying my duplex for $33,000. She told me that she was also an investor, and asked me if I just came from a seminar! She bragged about how she owns 7 units in the area, and that she "only" specialized in 30+ unit properties.

Is there some way that I could come off, looking for help when looking for a duplex to buy? She also told me that it will be REALLY hard to find a realtor that will help me buy a duplex for only $33,000. What's next?
