OOS Beginner Investor Experiences
Good morning BP!
I’m looking to start investing remotely and was wondering if anyone would be willing to share some experiences they had in their first OOS purchase and possible rehab (extra points if you’ve done this in a post-COVID world). Preferably this would be your first deal ever made completely remote.

I closed on my first rental investment this past October. It was an OOS turnkey deal. Might not be exactly what you are looking for, but thought I would share anyway. The post below describes my experience.
