Rental Property Owning.
I'm 20 years old and am very new to Real Estate. I want to be a rental property owner in the near future. To be more specific, I want to own apartment buildings and rent the vacancies out to those in need. But also, I want to live to in the same apartment I'm renting out. Can anyone help with any advice?
