Out of State Investing in Milwaukee, WI

Hello and Happy Monday!

I am new to real estate investing and I am wondering if there is anybody living here in California that is investing out of state?

Since I'm new, I'm trying to minimize my buy-in price, but still maximize my investment.

Specifically, I'm looking at Milwaukee, WI.  I am not fixated on Milwaukee though if there are other/better opportunities.

I've only just started to look at the Milwaukee market.  I've reached out to a couple of Agents in Milwaukee through the Networking tab as well.

I would love to be able to connect with somebody here in California and someone locally in Milwaukee whom is already involved in out of state investing.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Clayton Plummer
