Atlanta neighborhoods/school districts

Hi everyone,

I've been researching atlanta for awhile now for starting my out of state investing (currently live in Olympia wa) and I was wondering what areas anyone has had success in or around Atlanta. I understand you can find success anywhere, but I was curious as to specifically where you have had luck finding good deals in decent neighborhoods. Any insight is appreciated 🙂

It depends on your criteria and investment goal. houses near good school are typically more expensive thus less cash flow. Are you aim for cash flow or appreciation?
