Steve, let me get this right, so I am sure I understand your point of view completely. You think that by saying CT was happy to speak with me yesterday and they gave me the nod to work with them, that I've somehow ..... slurred CT in some way?

What I am reading in your reply may simply be a lack of understanding, which is totally cool. Let me see if I can clear it up for you.  I don't think anyone above mentioned anything about "dual escrow BS" that I can see.  I also don't see anyone suggesting that hiding information from principles is a goal anywhere in the discussion above. I certainly don't hide anything from anyone in a wholesale deal. Everyone knows the whole deal. That business model works for me.

I'm not sure where your acerbic reply came from as you didn't elaborate on any of the points you made. From your tone, it's abundantly apparent that you dislike wholesalers. That's ok too. I'm not sure your comments helped anyone, but were, unfortunately, a brief glimpse into some personal biases you that have.

I wish you the best of all things Steve. May your road ahead be less angsty for you.
