Hey all - I'm a new member to BP and also a reletively new investor as I bought my first property in Feb. 2020, renovated and are currently renting it. I used a great local hard money lender and then refinanced into a traditional 30 year fixed. I'm curious if hard money is the best public route as I dont think I'm quite to the point of asking for private funding. I'd like to get a few additional deals under my belt before exploring that. Any guidence on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
