If I add a co borrower to my FHA loan would that disqualify them from qualifying them from their own FHA loan in the future?

Hi Juan

The answer in short is no, but it's all how you set it up. There are a lot of specific rules to this and it also depends on what type of property, payment history and more.

Feel free to message me and we can talk further.
