How to get funding for second property (Please Read)

I got into real estate investing how most people do... we purchased a second home and now I'm renting out our first home. I would love to use the BRRR strategy, but there isn't enough equity in our first home to refinance. How do I get funding to BRRR our future real estate investments? HELP
