Newbie investor here trying to purchase my first property. I'm curious as to how it would look like when finding other private lenders/investors to fund the cash to purchase the property? Is it just as simple as writing out an agreement with their amount of interest and then they just hand me the cash or would we have to do anything for tax purposes down the road? Just really want to see want I need to do when taking money from someone else to be legit.
