Proof of Funds Required for Viewing Properties

Posted

What are you using for proof of funds if requested to show just to view properties?  No lending secured until specific property identified.

Hi Daniella, I would recommend getting a pre-qualification letter from a lender that states they are willing to lend to you up to a certain amount (that amount being the maximum they will lend you, not necessarily the price of the home you end up purchasing). That way, you are free to look at homes within that price range.
