What should I do with my house?

Hi all! This is my first time posting here, and I am “getting my ducks in a row.”

I am married to a contractor and I am pretty good at design and also throwing shingles and swingin a hammer lol, so I would like to  start with flipping some houses to build capital. My husband and I are both self employed (I am a hair stylist) and were always told to write off write off write off, so our tax returns bite us in the *** when it comes to financing.
BUT, I would say we have at least $100K in equity in our current home in the market as it is.
If we were going to sell, I’d want to finish a few projects, which we pay cash for so do it slowly over time.
I guess I’m just wondering should we sell it to have some capital to begin investing, or find another way and hold it, eventually renting it out.

Any advice is very much appreciated!!
