Hi everyone, I’m looking to get started in my acquisitions business here in cold Canada

I was wondering if anybody else is also in Canada? As many of us Canadians, we may be limited to resources compared to the States. Any resources that may be helpful? Where do I find foreclosure listings, tax delinquent props, code violations, etc? 

I have specific question; is there a way to skip trace owner of a vacant property?
