Hi!  I've been watching a good amount of Biggerpockets youtube videos recently and love them.  I am a new agent in the Boston area and would love some guidance in obtaining rental knowledge.  I just signed up for the biggerpockets webinar.  A local mentor would be amazing as well.  If anyone can proved insight or point me in a direction it would be greatly appreciated.
