Where to start with buying my first rental?

Hello all, I would like to purchase my first rental or AirBnB. I own my home, mortgage free, its value is 1 mill. I work in the Oil and Gas sector with a wage of 220k CAD per year.

Whats the best way to start on this journey?

I would start with Brandon's guide. It will build a solid basic understanding. Like he says, pick a niche you think you will like and master that.
