Getting Past the Paralysis

We've found ourselves stuck in the analysis paralysis stage. Have you been there?

My boyfriend and I know that we want to invest in small multifamily properties in the St. Petersburg/Clearwater/Tampa areas. We are exploring BRRRR and house hacking options. But we seem to be stuck in the paralysis stage where we can't pull that trigger.

What made you pull the trigger on your first deal?
