Company share splitting

HI everyone!

Myself and two others will be getting in to BRRRR real estate. All 3 of us have a significant chunk of change to contribute. How would you divide up equity given that:

One partner will bring 50% of the cash, the others 25% each.

Likely one partner will predominately operate the business (the other two will do things as necessary, but will likely need guidance)

One partner will likely find most of the deals.
