How To Tenant Proof Your Rentals
Good evening my BP family! :) I've been heavily educating myself since the start of the whole COVID 19 pandemic, and my first goal is to purchase my first duplex within a year. So I was wondering if y'all have any tips for me, as a newbie, on how to make a rental property tenant proof. Thank you in advance :)

Nothing is ever truly tenant proof. Start by finding a good tenant. Make sure things are in good condition.
