REI subscription recommendations

HI!

From newbies to experienced REI's, which podcasts, online or magazine subscriptions do you recommend for someone starting out looking for more information on trends and deal framework. I've been reading books, listening to various podcasts such as BP and BPRER, and also listening to economists regarding the US economy from a macro level. I've also been watching my target market to see that large student housing is coming on the market and more openings for by the room rentals are surfacing. My focus is on SFH at the current time.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
